AffirMirror is a tool to help everyone harness the potential of self-affirmations. Use your Apple device’s front-camera to record yourself saying an affirmation and AffirMirror will repeat it back to you; the more we affirm something the more our mind will accept the message. Choose from the included affirmations or add your own!

Self-affirmation can enable people to cope with stressful or difficult situations more effectively, and repeating them to one’s self in a mirror is an old technique to improve their effectiveness. AffirMirror brings this concept to the App Age. The user first commits an affirmation to memory, using one of AffirMirror’s included affirmations or their own. They then record themselves saying the affirmation, and select how many times they would like to see the affirmation repeated, and press play
